01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the luk33 website located at luk33.cam (the "Platform", "Site", "we", "us" or "our"). luk33 is an English-language online betting and casino information platform designed primarily for adult users in Pakistan.

By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the luk33 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, your sole recourse is to discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

02 Definitions

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before it may be withdrawn, as specified by the relevant Operator.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the official currency of Pakistan.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, statutes and ordinances applicable to the User's jurisdiction, including without limitation the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan) and any subsequent amending legislation.

03 Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Use of the luk33 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable Operator or license jurisdiction ("Minimum Age"). By using this Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable Minimum Age requirement.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform and any associated gambling activities are lawful in your jurisdiction. luk33 makes no representation that access to the Platform or the use of gambling products referenced herein is legal in any specific jurisdiction.

In particular, Pakistani users are advised that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. luk33 does not provide legal advice and users should seek independent legal counsel if uncertain about their obligations under Applicable Law.

3.3 Prohibited Users

You are not permitted to register an account or use the Platform if any of the following apply:

• You are under the Minimum Age as defined in Section 3.1.

• You have previously been self-excluded or banned from the Platform or any Operator platform referenced herein.
• You are acting on behalf of any person who would themselves be a prohibited user under these Terms.
• You are an employee, contractor, director or officer of luk33 or any affiliated entity, or a close relative of such a person, in circumstances where a conflict of interest may arise.

04 Account Registration & Use

4.1 Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an Account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the registration process. You further agree to update such information promptly to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify luk33 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other breach of security. luk33 cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4.3 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to maintain only one Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances or bonuses.

4.4 Account Suspension and Termination

luk33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• The user has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The user has provided false, misleading or incomplete registration information;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, abusive or unlawful purposes;
• Continuation of the account would expose luk33 or its users to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

05 Platform Use & Conduct

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. You may use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. luk33 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended informational purpose.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Use the Platform in any manner that violates any Applicable Law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases or any system connected to the Platform;
• Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications, spam or similar materials through the Platform;
• Introduce any virus, trojan horse, worm, logic bomb or other harmful or malicious code to the Platform;
• Scrape, harvest, mine or otherwise extract data from the Platform without express written authorisation from luk33;
• Use the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Post, upload or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening or otherwise objectionable.

5.3 Platform Availability

luk33 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. luk33 accepts no liability for any loss or inconvenience caused by such unavailability.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Nature of Bonus Information

luk33 provides descriptive information about bonuses and promotional offers made available by third-party Operators. All bonus information published on the Platform is provided in good faith based on information available at the time of publication. However, luk33 does not guarantee the accuracy, currency or continued availability of any specific bonus offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements set exclusively by the relevant Operator. Wagering requirements dictate the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. luk33 presents wagering requirement information transparently where available — for example, a PKR 5,000 welcome bonus with a 30× wagering requirement would require PKR 150,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is established.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Users found to be exploiting bonuses through coordinated betting strategies, arbitrage, multi-accounting or any other form of bonus abuse may have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended at the Operator's discretion. luk33 does not endorse or facilitate any form of bonus abuse.

6.4 Promotional Changes

Operators reserve the right to amend, withdraw or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice. luk33 will endeavour to update promotional information promptly but cannot guarantee that all published information reflects current Operator terms at any given moment.

7.2 Verification of Payment Availability

Users must independently verify the availability of any payment method with the relevant Operator before initiating any deposit or withdrawal. luk33 accepts no responsibility for failed transactions, frozen funds or other payment disputes arising from reliance on payment information published on the Platform.

10 Disclaimers & Liability

10.1 No Gambling Services

luk33 is an information platform only. We do not accept bets, manage gambling accounts, hold player funds or operate any gambling or casino service. All gambling and betting activities are conducted directly between the User and the relevant Operator.

10.2 Accuracy of Information

10.3 Limitation of Liability

10.4 Third-Party Operators

luk33 has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the conduct, policies, terms, products or services of any third-party Operator referenced on the Platform. Any dispute arising between a User and an Operator must be resolved directly with that Operator.

11 Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use and protection of personal data submitted through the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

12 Changes to Terms

Any dispute that cannot be resolved by agreement between the parties may be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as determined by the governing law of the Platform.
